From June 2010 Path is providing a Renting Support scheme in Teignbridge.  Referrals come via Teignbridge District Council, offering single people support to secure private rented accommodation.

We conduct housing needs assessments, look at people's housing needs and options, aiming to help them secure appropriate accommodation.  For people needing private rented accommodation, we can potentially offer support and deposit guarantees to help set up tenancies.

For Landlords we can offer tenants who are ready to live independently, tenancy related support including move-in and move-out property inspections with digital photos, help resolving Housing Benefit related issues and more.
